Autograph letter signed, dated : Zurich, 11 July 1858, to Blandine [Ollivier], 1858 July 11.

Saying that if Cavalho [i.e. Léon Carvalho] wishes to see "eine beste" performance of Tannhäuser he should go to Dresden in the last week of July, that there they have preserved the full tradition of Wagner's staging and that the singers are the ones he himself prepared (including Johanna [Wagner]), sending greetings to [Emile] Ollivier, saying he awaits Bülow, etc.
